Word Order: In the indefinite phrases, word order is not determined by grammar. It is a matter of stylistic choice. In this chart, the adjective sometimes comes before the noun, sometimes afterwards - either form is possible. In the definite noun phrases, word order is not a stylistic choice - it is determined by grammar. The adjective comes between the article and the noun in a wrapped phrase.
