UT custodirent Agnam commiserat Hircus,
Est rata quae tutam sic fore mater Ovis.
Huic Lupus: est olido grege quae comitante voluptas,
Per loca pascentem te salebrosa sequi?
Optima quin pratis in amoenis pascua carpis,
Quae generi nosti [(perhaps: nostri?)] pabula grata tuo?
Agna, manere meae cogunt hîc [Reg: hic] iussa parentis,
Hinc alio qua non ire vetante licet.
Observare pie, quae praecepere parentes,
Ut facerent, natis utile saepe fuit.

This book clearly recycles a set of images from another book of Aesop's fables. In some cases, the illustration does not match the fable shown, and in some cases I have not been able to identify what fable a given illustration is supposed to illustrate.
